Beautiful day in the neighborhood...

Ahh, what a beautiful day it is out here at CBH Homes in Canyon County. Skies are blue, birds are chirping, and interest rates are at an all time low! To top it off home pricing is still super AFFORDABLE!

Did you know that interest rates are actually lower than when the "First time homebuyer Tax Credit" was around? Now don't get us wrong, it was a great opportunity for first time homebuyers and we now have a ton of happy home owners! So, my question to you is why are we still sitting on the fence? We haven't seen too many price increases since the expiration of the tax credit but we have seen a significant drop in interest rates.
